What Makes a Great Leader? It's Not Hedonism!.
This is a very interesting blog post. I don't think I ever thought of hedonism as a pitfall in leadership. The writer suggests:
"Most leaders have no idea they may be practicing hedonists. It is easy to pass off an indulgence as necessary, after all isn’t part of what makes a great leader is having pay and assets comparable to leaders of similar sized organizations or corporations?"
